1. Checking the application dossier: As soon as we have received your (complete) application dossier in the online tool, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. We then endeavour to check the documents as quickly as possible. We often consult with the managers immediately, so this usually can take between three and seven working days.
2. A telephone interview to get to know each other: In the next step, we would like to get an initial personal impression of you, and find out right at the outset whether our principal expectations match. This casual conversation usually takes place with the management. Feedback is given one to three days later.
3. Specialist interview (on-site or via video call): In this interview, you will have a second, more detailed discussion with your potential manager. You may also get to know other members of the management and/or potential team colleagues. We will introduce you to the company, the department, the team and your prospective new position. Another goal of this interview is to assess whether you meet the professional requirements and whether your perceptions fit the position. Again, you will receive feedback one to three days later.
4. Personality interview (on-site or via video call): As part of the application process, you will fill out a questionnaire for a personality analysis. Based on this, we will conduct a third interview to mutually find out whether your personality, work, social and team attitude are a good fit for the job advertised and for InfoGuard.
5. Trial day & Assessment (optional): Depending on the job and preferences (yours or ours), you will get to know the team on site. For some positions, for example in penetration testing, there will also be an assessment. We usually make our decision within one to three days after that.
6. Signing the contract: All done? Then we look forward to signing the employment contract with you.

Please note that, depending on the position, some separate steps may be amalgamated. It is important to us that the process is efficient, not just for us, but especially for you. That's why we try to avoid dragging out the process unnecessarily.

All applications are carefully and individually checked by hand - both by HR and by the specialist departments. This way, we aim to ensure that applicants are professionally suitable for the job and motivated, and that on a personal level, they also fit into the team. This is the only way we can be sure that both sides feel comfortable with each other and for as long as possible. Hybrid working means that you yourself decide where you want to work on a flexible basis - be it from your home, on the road, on the client's premises or in our office in Baar/Zug (unless mentioned otherwise). This working model has long been a standard feature here, and is actively used. Whether and how many days you work in the office depends on the individual job and is discussed by the team. We have annual working hours (based on 40 hours per week) that you can organise yourself. In short: hybrid means time flexible and independent of location working which is possible with us with ease.

Yes, you can! Instead of a motivation letter (or in addition), you can upload a video (max. 2 minutes; 50 MB) or record one directly on the application platform, provided you have a computer camera.

Definitely! In principle, all our full-time positions are also available at 80%. Part-time positions are specifically advertised, but we are flexible here too, e.g. 60-100%. If a full-time position appeals to you but you would like to work a bit less, this should not be a barrier. Apply anyway and mention it in your covering letter.

Of course it's possible. We have some jobs that are available on a part-time basis and are also suitable for beginners. Our high degree of flexibility means that you can combine studying with work in an optimal way. We attach great importance to our employees' training and ongoing education, which is why you can count on your support.
